Of course, the Bullet Train is Japanese and so there isn't a lot of legroom...I know because the first time I visited I tried sitting in several different seats. I'm 6ft. 3ins. tall and would have been very uncomfortable on a long journey. more…

Last time I went to The National Railway Museum was in 1986 and I was very impressed. My father is a train buff and as a 70th birthday present we got him special dispensation to look at their book and drawing archive he was over the moon more…
